The Corporation Always Wins

Posted on 21 January 2010 by Baco

What more do I need to say about the stupidity of this ruling? To what end is our justice system now corrupt? When a corporation has the same rights as any individual, this so called justice is injustice. Our system is corrupt. How do we the people hold a corporation accountable? We don’t. We can’t. That’s what makes this ruling unconstitutional.

We operate under a political system that is “Co-Equal?” The Supreme Court made a ruling that is clearly tainted and Congress and this President just sit by and watch the game change? Where’s the co-equality in that timidity? Corporations have wrestled power from We the People. Congress won’t fight? President Obama won’t fight for us? I think it’s time for a Populist Movement. Time to put our money where our mouth is…outside of politics. It’s time to boycott some businesses trying to impose their will on us all. No money means they won’t be shouting their opinions. Hit someone shouting obscenities in the wallet? A corporation isn’t a person it’s a gang flying different colors. A corporation wrapped in Red, White, and Blue is above the law, Congress and the President? Where’s the co-equality?
