Get over Obama

Posted on 04 June 2008 by Breanna

The reason behind this ramble is to pick apart Obama, since the mainstream media (CNN, MSNBC, NBC) will not show anything remotely conservative. So anyway, aside from the media being completely biased (besides my good ol’ Fox News) I am completely in shock that this guy has everyone fooled. Ah, you ask why I think such things?

Glad you asked. In recent months I have not only seen and heard Obama promise many states and flood young, older, and even the famous ears of how his “magic touch” can cure the United States. I’m sorry. I did not realize homeless people will be given homes, the healthcare system will no longer have flaws and gas prices will be back to .67 cents. Give me a freaking break. He is making the most outrageous promises I have ever heard of.

Little known fun fact. Just recently he was giving yet another one of his “change” speeches and said quote “I’ve been in 57 states, (with) I think one left to go.”

I’m so happy that he has millions and millions of voters punching in chads fiercely as they vote. This guy does not know how many states are in the United States of America… yet he wants to run this country?! Just that let alone would retract my vote. Ohhh, if only I were a Democrat.

Fun fact number two: Obama has only served two years in the Senate. He has never been a governor of a state. Maybe he was President of his high school FBLA team? Let’s run for president! Slow your roll. I think everyone would feel a bit more safer if you lead maybe a state first before trying to run a country. Greeeeat. This is very comforting.

Anyway. Not only are his disillusioning remarks hurting my ears and causing me to change the channel each time he appears on T.V., it angers me that he semi-claims himself as a “religious” being. His religious affiliations are to a church where a pastor repeatedly belittles the white america and claims that the government put AIDS into the black community. But when these tapes were made public of this pastor saying such things, Obama reminded our American ears that he had nothing to do with this man or the words he was saying. Not only was our sweet Obama associated with this church for around 20 years, he was very very good friends with the guy. Oh our little faithful Barack.

I can literally go on for maybe another hour about how much Obama scares me and disgusts me, but I suppose I will stop here. The real meaning from this all is what I was stating in the beginning. He makes his statements but probably goes to bed just asking himself questions. In the end that is taking away his identity as as a human being. I honestly think his last question to himself should be – I am Barack Obama? Make sense?! Leave your comments as you please, even if you are an Obama supporter. I lurve me a good political talk.

GO VOTE! (But not for Obama…) :)

“I hope that he will understand, if he is the nominee, the degree of disillusionment that will happen if he doesn’t become a greater man than he will ever be.”

- Sean Penn.

The only qualifications for President are be 35, a US citizen, and “Show Me The Money.” Why not shelter GI trolls, give equal access to penicillin, and stop gas companies from gouging record profits? What scares you about Obama is “He’s Black.” 43-0!

You call the media biased but they force fed us two months of constant Rerevend Wright footage. They like stories about Obama, negative or positive.
You basically rehash what pundits say about Obama and pretend it’s new.

Well if you were to take a more crystal clear look at the media and realize how the mainstreem media tends to ONLY show the good things of Obama, rather than the bad. That’s all I was implying. Thanks.

This is common rhetoric by Mr. Sean Penn. It is clear that you have know real issues with Mr. Obama as well as the more conservative news stations and your republican counter parts. The tangible concern is that he has a real opportunity to be president.
